Executive Assistant

Role Mission

The core mission of the Executive Assistant is to provide support to the Managing Director by freeing up his time for working on the business.

This will also include coordinating Marketing Projects under the direction of the MD and Marketing Director liaising with the Sales Team and our Marketing Agency.

Accountabilities

  • General support

    Organise or carry out any tasks or duties handed over by the MD on a day to day basis.

  • Meeting organisation

    Arrange and organise meetings when required. Put together the agenda, take notes and record actions and follow up to ensure completion.

  • Reporting

    Pull together weekly and monthly reports from all teams for review by the MD.

  • Marketing Co-ordination

    Co-ordinate and organise marketing projects as directed by the Marketing Director who is part time. 

    This will involve liaison between the Sales Team, Marketing Agency and anyone who needs input to ensure successful coordinating of the projects.

Senior Project Co-ordinator

Role Mission

The core mission of the Project Co-ordinator is to manage and co-ordinate projects from sales handover to a successful and efficient delivery to to site. Exceptional customer service are rapport building is paramount.

This is mainly an office based role, but will involve visits to construction sites for surveys to agree design and installation issues. Important to note we are a manufacturer & supplier. Not a contractor so do not carry out installation work.

Accountabilities

  • Sales Liaison

    Working the sales team to finalise order details and take over responsibility of contracts seeing them right through to completion. Attention to detail is a very important requirement.

  • Supplier Liaison

    Working with suppliers to meet deadlines and get best prices on goods supplied to achieve highest profit levels.

  • Customer Liaison

    Working with customers to ensure their specific requirements are understood properly and met quickly and efficiently with first class Customer Service.

  • Delivery Liaison

    Working with both production and customer site teams to achieve accurate delivery of goods on time.

Role Mission

The core mission of the estimator will be to be responsible for all the quoting for new enquiries and to assist the sales team where required in quoting and other activities to allow them to focus their time as much as possible on selling. The majority of quotes are done in a door schedule format by extracting information from architects details. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into the Selo culture.

Accountabilities

  • Quoting

    Ensuring all quotes are returned to customers in the timescales required, but all non-tenders to be returned within 24 hours.

  • Technical knowledge

    An ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. This would come from our internal technical product training.

  • Customer Liaison

    Keeping customers informed as to when quotes will be returned and discussing details with them where necessary to clarify for the quote.
