We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team. This is a new role which would ideally suit someone who is looking to get into a financial role with training and development. We would consider a trainee for this role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is responsible for all day to day finance administration, ensuring tasks are completely on time and to the expected standards. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. We offer a competitive salary, company pension, 20 days holiday plus the 8 recognised Bank Holidays and provide lunch for all employees.
This is an office based role.
All projects must be analysed and the findings reporting directly to the Finance Director
Responsible for the daily inputting of Supplier invoice onto Sage 50. Ensuring all supplier invoices are printed, copied and distributed to the relevant individual for approval
Working with the Finance Director to ensure communication to suppliers is made, speaking to them regarding payments and helping to resolve queries. Checking statements and obtaining copy invoices if required
Raising invoices and credit notes as required

Senior Project Co-ordinator
The core mission of the Project Co-ordinator is to manage and co-ordinate projects from sales handover to a successful and efficient delivery to to site. Exceptional customer service are rapport building is paramount.
This is mainly an office based role, but will involve visits to construction sites for surveys to agree design and installation issues. Important to note we are a manufacturer & supplier. Not a contractor so do not carry out installation work.
Working the sales team to finalise order details and take over responsibility of contracts seeing them right through to completion. Attention to detail is a very important requirement.
Working with suppliers to meet deadlines and get best prices on goods supplied to achieve highest profit levels.
Working with customers to ensure their specific requirements are understood properly and met quickly and efficiently with first class Customer Service.
Working with both production and customer site teams to achieve accurate delivery of goods on time.

The core mission of the estimator will be to be responsible for all the quoting for new enquiries and to assist the sales team where required in quoting and other activities to allow them to focus their time as much as possible on selling. The majority of quotes are done in a door schedule format by extracting information from architects details. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into the Selo culture.
Ensuring all quotes are returned to customers in the timescales required, but all non-tenders to be returned within 24 hours.
An ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. This would come from our internal technical product training.
Keeping customers informed as to when quotes will be returned and discussing details with them where necessary to clarify for the quote.
